Brigadoon Youth and Service Dogs is always looking for volunteers…
• Foster a puppy
• Help to socialize a puppy
• Training assistance
• Dog walking
• Grooming
Don’t have any free time to give? That’s okay - you can help in other ways. Financial contributions are always needed. Remember all donations to Brigadoon Youth and Service Dogs not only are greatly appreciated, they are tax deductible and go 100% toward the training and partnership placement of our dogs. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

Donations
Every assistance dog that is teamed up with a person with disabilities must go through a MINIMUM of 300 hours of training. The first year’s expense of every puppy in training is estimated at $1200.00, this includes the pups vaccinations, spay/neuter, eye check and food; not training or housing of the pup.  When you add the cost of training, 24/7 kennel care and another year of food and medical, the cost can escalate to over $33,000 in a two year period of time.

We cannot keep our Youth programs active if we do not receive donations from individuals, corporate contributions or grants. Your contributions enable us to accomplish our mission of “offering a helping paw!” to those in need. Your generosity is greatly appreciated.
Here are some of the ways that you can help financially:
• Ask your employer to set up matching funds
• Contribute to, and fund the endowment
• Private donation
• Make and fund a monthly pledge
• Sponsor a fundraising event. We can help you plan such an event.
