How to apply for a Brigadoon Assistance Dog - They are so awesome!

Who will qualify?

There is no age requirement, however, young children applying for a dog must be under the supervision of a responsible adult.
The applicant must demonstrate the ability to care for the dog or have someone to do it for them. The dog must receive a high quality of life.
The applicant or their responsible adult is expected to contribute to the cost of the dog or take an active part in fundraising efforts toward the cost of their dog to best of their ability.
Applicant must demonstrate how they would benefit from having an assistance dog.
The applicant or responsible adult is expected to participate in raising funds for the dog they have been teamed with.
Please contact Brigadoon Youth and Service Dogs to request an application packet. Unless applicant is a child, the person applying for the dog must request the application packet.
